Order and Delivery

Orders placed on the online platform https://luxette.ro will be delivered to the specified address via the express courier service FanCourier, covering the entire country within the FanCourier delivery area. The delivery fee is 19 lei or FREE for orders over 200 lei.

Delivery will be processed immediately after confirmation via email and will be completed within 3-5 business days.

During holiday periods, there may be changes regarding the shipping of ordered products. Please contact us for further information.

In case of delays caused by exceptional circumstances such as unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters, accidents, or other external factors, luxette.ro cannot be held responsible.
